Cingular Blackberry not receiving SMS messages

Hello,
We have setup SMTP successfully for NotePager Net however we are not able to receive SMS messages on the Blackberry even though the Log is showing us the the message was successful using a verified TAP number for Cingular.

Please help!

I'm a little confused. How are you sending the messages to the BlackBerry devices? Is it through Cingular's TAP Terminal or through the BlackBerry provided email address?

we are using the Notepager Net software in conjunction with Solar Winds. SMTP is succesfull.
We setup the TAP configuration using Cingular's number listed on your web site and confirmed by Cingular.

I've had this issue before. The end user needs to verify that Cingular has actually providioned the device in their messaging platform(s). Most Cingular customer service reps are "lost" when you speak to them about it - you need to get to tech support and escalate it
