Trying to switch from smtp to snpp or wctp for reliability. Used settings for snpp & wctp obtained from cingular. WCTP works, SNPP says message not accepted and retries, but the wireless device receives the page anyway. Pagegate retries (up to retry limit) and responds with message not accepted, but i still get all the pages on the wireless device. Any idea? Which is better WCTP or SNPP?

Brian,
If you would, post the contents of your dialer1.log file or you could email the dialer1.log file to support@notepage.com - you may want to edit out certain information from the log file, of course, before you post it.

THere is a toggle in the logging module that lets you select "Debug" - if your version does not have it - create a blank file in your pagegate directory called modem.dbg
