domain info and unable to connect to snpp not on host

I am setting up new system with page Gate, I have my nextel carrier setup in SNPP and I tried to input my domain info however pages still getting rejected, error message of SNPP not present on host.
I also tried a SMTP format and unable to connect. I am guessing its in my setup somewere but can figure it out.[/code]

If you're using SNPP - make sure your network allows outbound traffic on port 444
