You have a couple of options. You can simply set up a new carrier called SMTP and use that for any device that utilizes the SMTP protocol. A more efficient way would be to set each carrier using SMTP up seperately (ex: Verizon_SMTP, Cingular_SMTP, etc). THis will come in handy when running reports to find all your usrs on a particular carrier. Most of my clients are set up this way and the aggravation of setting it up initially paid for itself when Cingular bought ATT Wireless and started shutting down the old ATT domains. All my clients had to do was reun the recipient by carrier report to find which recipients needed changes. Feel free to contact me directly if I can be of assistance._________________
