No TAP modem Number for France

The list of Tap Modem Phone numbers doesn't seem to have any number for France. How does one send an SMS message to France via modem using NotePager Pro?

You would need to get into contact with the carrier in question to find out if they have a dial-up TAP Terminal available. If they do, you'll need to get the specific connection requirements (Baud rate, parity, data bits, stop bits, and phone number) from them. Once you have that, you can configure NotePager Pro to use them as a TAP Based carrier.
