I'm not quite sure what could be causing that problem, I would recommend backing your information, uninstalling and reinstalling the program, then restoring your information.
The easiest way to back up NotePager Pro for restoration on a new system is to do the following:
1) In the Windows Explorer, browse to the directory to (typically c:\program files\notepager pro\).
2) In this directory, locate the file called npp.mdb
3) Back this file up (copy it to disk, burn it to CD, copy it across
the network, etc).
After you do that, you'll want to uninstall the program. After you've uninstalled, please download the latest installation file for NotePager Pro from our website (http://www.notepage.net).
Once you've reinstalled, here's what you'll need to do to properly restore the information:
1) Before you restore the database, make sure to enter in your
registration information.
2) Once the registration information is entered in, close NotePager Pro.
3) Copy that file you backed up (npp.mdb) into the NotePager Pro directory on your computer.
4) It will ask you to overwrite the existing file, say yes.
5) Restart NotePager Pro.
Hopefully this will resolve the issue you're having but if it doesn't, please let us know.
