My preset messages are corrupted and garbled everyime i close and reopen the application. reboot does not rectify the issue. any other suggestions, short of uninstalling and reinstalling the software completely, because honestly i don't trust the import/export enough to rely on it.

thanks

Preset messages are stored in a plain text file named "Presets.txt".

Are the entries in that file garbled BEFORE and AFTER using NotePager Pro?

Was there ever a fix for this? I have tried this on 3 different computers and when I close the program the messages behind the buttons turn to garbage. I'm using in an emergency room setting with preset message like:

Age:
Diag:
Arrival:

After closing the software and re-opening the messages are all scrambled.
Any ideas

Look for the location of the "Preset Msgs File" in the PG Client's setup information ('File' - 'Setup').

What is the location (the default is "C:\Program Files\PageGate Client\Presets.txt")?

Open the text file.

The contents of the file should look like this:

"Prog 1","Age:
Diag:
Arrival: "
"Prog 2",""
"Prog 3",""
"Prog 4",""
"Prog 5",""

What appears in yours?
