SMS message errors

We use Pagegate with the GetAscii engine to receive pages from our Computer Aided Dispatch System. When I try to send a message to a particular cell phone via SMTP I get the following response:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at sms.corrwireless.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Anybody seen this before and/or know how to deal with it. I have 10-15 other receiptients that use the same carrier and I don't have this issue.

We suggest that you contact the Carrier directly. They may be better able to assist you with specific errors being generated by their mail server.
