Within the last 2 weeks i have been unable to send via SMTP to any Arch pagers. Do you have any suggestions? I have tried each of the different @arch address that were provided via your website. Thank you.

Try using WCTP to deliver messages to Arch.

In the Carrier settings select WCTP for "Protocol" and enter "wctp.arch.com/wctp" (without the quotations) for the "Host".

In the Recipient settings, use the 10 digit pager number for the ID/Pin.

2 things:

1) If you choose WCTP (a MUCH better choice), remember that not all Arch (now USAMobility) pagers have that method activated - if you get failures, their customer service (?) department needs to activate it

2) If you decide to use SMTP (nowhere near as reliable for critical messages), try 10digitpager#@usamobility.com

We were not aware that "USAMobility" had started converting Recipients to the new SMTP domain "usamobility.com".

Thanks for the update!

Arch is now checking sender IP addresses against a "blacklist" maintained at http://www.us.sorbs.net/.

This list includes Dynamic IP address ranges.
