I've been able to accomplish what you need at my client's installations of PageGate by adjusting the recipient name field. PageGate alphabetizes the group lists by recipient name. When a message is sent to a group, the membership list (intended recipients) is presented to the scheduler sorted alphabetically by name. After seeing your post, I reviewed the logs from some of my larger clients (>1500 messages per day) and the vast majority of traffic shows that the first jobs presented to the scheduler are the ones sent to the dialer(s) first. You could probably adjust your recipient name field (perhaps simply prefixing the database name with an "a") to force certain recipients to the top. Again, this is not a 100% guaranteed solution - merely one that has worked for me. Let us know how you make out!
Have a GREAT day!!_________________
