Everything has been running great for 2 years, but we are suddenly receiving this message:

Program Halted. Database error: 3075 Syntax error in string in query expression '(ascii_service = true) and (user = ''. in Procedure: ProcessInput

What does it mean and how can we fix it?

Sounds like you have a bad Recipient record.

Did you recently "Import" a recipient text file?

No, we haven't done any Imports of text files. Some people have been added and changed through the program though...

Attach a copy of your database file "pagegate.mdb" and send it to forumsupport@notepage.com.

Include your name and phone number.

Error was occurring in the GetAscii interface.

We believe it was caused by a malformed "Recipient" value in a "Custom" file type that customer's CAD is producing.
