After upgrading to version 11, we no longer can send any email or text messages.
PGGAscii Message rejected.

Let's try an interface reset to see if that helps:
1) Open PG Admin
2) Go to Interfaces - GetAscii - Settings
3) Uncheck Enabled, click apply and tell it No.
4) Check Enabled, click Apply and tell it Yes
5) On the left hand side, right click on the word 'GetAscii' and select Start.
