Admin Setup Error

OK, from more testing I can use either /Messages.json or /Messages

Using .json I get the message I put before. Using /Messages I get the same error but in REST exception:

Received: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request<13><10><?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?><TwilioResponse><RestException><Code>21604</Code><Message>A 'To' phone number is required.</Message><MoreInfo>https://www.twilio.com/docs/errors/21604</MoreInfo><Status>400</Status></RestException></TwilioResponse>

Thought I would switch to getting SolarWinds setup but ran into this error when adding a new alert and following the instructions:

Notepage is not installed.

I can't seem to paste an image here otherwise I would show you what it looks like on the SolarWinds page.

Following up on the thread for any future readers, there is a template value that needs to be set for your Twilio settings:
HttpPostType = ParamOnly

PageGate currently defaults to
HttpPostType = HeadBody

So be sure to update the template value.

Also, the Account SID and Auth Token are the username and password that should be used.
