Tap number for Arch 800-800-7759

I am a admin for Pageate and have a number of receipents that i need to put in my database that has a 800-800-7759 number a Arch company. None of the TAP numbers provided are sucessful. Are there any other TAP numbers I may use. Thank You

Are you using 10 Digit ID/Pins when sending messages to those "Toll Free" TAP terminal numbers?

If you are using 10 digit ID/Pins and are receiving "Bad ID" error messages from the TAP terminal, you should contact Arch to determine which terminals you should be using to deliver messages.

All Pin numbers are 7 digit. I found it werid cause I currently have numerous recipeints with Arch with an 800-946-4646 with 7 digits pins and found a sucessful TAP number. Now I have a few Arch receipents with an 800-800-7759 number and the TAP number I currently have does not work for these recipents.

I would definitely contact Arch to have them assist you with determining the proper TAP terminal(s) to use with your list of ID/Pins.
