Unfortunately, you're not missing anything. Cricket Wireless deactivated all of their Internet-to-SMS gateways. The only way to message a Cricket phone is with another cellular device or message aggregation service.
On a related note, PageGate does support using cellular modems and gateways to deliver SMS and we also support the necessary protocols to use most message aggregators as well. |
