We have been using the SMTP connection to page our Verizon Wireless employees and up until now it has been working fine. Within the last two days the software will not connect and send pages through this method. We have tried both the 10digit@vtext.com and 10digit@myvzw.com.

Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this problem? We are using this method due to the software not connecting through a TAP connection on our new computer with new modem.

To determine exactly what the issue is, please folow the directions in this post to turn on detailed connection information.
