i do not understand this (Notepager Pro)

Dowloaded the demo. Filled out the neccessary stuff. Using SMTP as protocol. Can i sent a text message to a cell phone using the SMTP protocol ? I found out that i must use the international code. As i live in
the Netherlands the code of the phone starts with 32 and then 6 and so on.
So i tried it with this number 326255xxxxx followed by the @ sign and the
rest of the email address after the @ sign. Now i just receive e-mail in my inbox, but no message on my cell phone.

I really don't know what i am doing wrong.

Hope some here can help me out.

Who is the Carrier in the Netherlands?

What is the domain that follows the @ symbol in the cell phone's e-mail address?
