Windows XP, IE6, when we install Notepager Pro onto any Dell we go through the proper install and restart, setup the carrier and Recipients and then try to send a message but it does not go through. Our carrier is Bell - pmcl.net. The weird thing is that we can set Notepager pro up on ant compaq and it works properly.
Are there any known problems with installing Notepager Pro on Dells?

It sounds more like a modem issue.
Is the modem on the Dell reported as being a model Intel 536 or 537?
A lot of the new Dell computers have modems with those chipsets and he drivers for those Winmodems do not handle the low baud rates very well.

Note:
The customer stated in another post- "Just to make it clear we are not accessing through modem we are accessing through the internet"
Please run the Internet Connection Wizard ('Tools' - 'Wizards' - 'Connection').
Does SMTP "Pass"?
If so, please see this post:

After debugging is active in NotePager Pro, you can send a test message to a "Bell" recipient, then attach the dialer log file ("npp.log") to an e-mail and send it to "forumsupport@notepage.com".
