I have a multitech modem which sometimes fail to send messages.
i compaired the connector log file of a succesfull message send and a unsuccesfull message send

the modem stops at
Sent:AT<CR>

It does not get the
Received:AT<CR><CR><LF>OK<CR><LF>

from the network

Is the problem at the telephone company that does not reply to the modem request or somewhere els ?

Can someone give me some hints as where to look for the problem ?

It appears that PageGate is not being allowed to access the COM port that the cellular modem is using. This is typically caused by another software package occasionally grabbing that port
