SMS Messages Not Going Out For 30 Minutes

At random times we can see in the logs where PageGate receives a message from our CAD server but waits 30 or so minutes before sending it out to the users. This is at random times, random length of times and happens to various users. Any idea why PageGate would be queuing the message for so long before sending it out?

Can you show us an example of what you're referring to in the logs, please?
