I saw on the website NotePager 32.

I see that the program is free. Does this allow me to send SMS messages for free to a mobile or do I need to pay for other software to be able to send sms messages.

also does it allow me to send a sms to any mobile world wide?

NotePager 32 is free software. It can send messages to any carrier that supports either the TAP or UCP protocol. There are no direct charges involved in using the software or sending the messages. There may, however, be regular phone company charges for the phone call from your computer to the carrier (regular phone company local and long distance type charges).

Our NotePager Pro software, in addition to the TAP and UCP protocols, also supports several Internet messaging protocols (i.e. SNPP, WCTP, and SMTP). Although there is a charge for our NotePager Pro software, there aren't any charges for sending the messages.

Most carriers allow you to send text messages to customers on their networks via one of the above mentioned protocols. However, please keep in mind that with some carriers, the recipient of the messages are responsible for the charges for messages received.
