Notepager pro slow sending of SMS messages

Hi,


Lately Notepager pro is experiencing delayed sending of SMS message, were using notepager to send notification from solarwinds and currently it has 2852 pending SMS message. is there something wrong with notepager or is there a way to speed things up?

That... is a lot of pending messages. It really depends on what's actually happening as to what the answer to your question is. The first step is to send us the connection log so we can have a look to see if there are any obvious delays. To do that:

1) Open NotePager Pro.

2) Go to View - Dialer Log.

3) Click on the Clipboard button.

4) Open your email.

5) Create a new message.

6) Address it to support at notepage dot com

7) In the subject line, use: Forum Log

8) Paste the log in to the body of the message.

sorry for the late reply, i will immediately send you the logs as soon as i return at the office. also is it possible that the performance of notepager pro is affected due to over utilization of RAM?

Well, technically yes because the over utilization of RAM on a system can affect any program in some strange and unpredictable ways.
