OK, Here's a another stumper.
I have a group of recients who will not page as the group but will send individually. The program reports that the interface is not enabled for the recipient. Both Get Ascii and GUI Client are enabled on the settings screen for both the group and the individual people.

| Can you copy and paste the specific portion of the log immediately before and after the error so we can see it in context? |

| When you try to send those messages, how are you doing it? Via the Client or the GetAscii module? Also, if you go in to the settings of the recipient john_wieber, for example, what modules are enabled for that recipient? |

They are being sent through the client. And yes the interfaces are enabled.
Both Get Acscii and GUI Client are enabled.

| If you would, please email all of the .log files from the c:\pagegatedata\logs\ folder as well as the pagegate.mdb from c:\pagegatedata\database\ to support at notepage dot com. Something isn't quite making sense and those files should help me understand what and why. |
