Is there a way to set up a network printer as a recipient in PageGate?
We've got PageGate set up to send email alerts to our FD Staff of events that get dropped from our CAD program into our RMS. We need to have hard copies of those messages as well.

There isn't a direct way to tell PageGate to print something, no. None of the outbound protocols the program supports are Printer Spooling commands. You can have the program send an email or use the SNPP, WCTP, TAP, TONE, UCP or FAX protocols but I don't know of a printer that supports any of them. |

Deliver to a file - then run a macro to push that file to a printer. We have done this in several installations

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you have a link to a template or instructions on the process?

Once you have your PageGate configured to print to a file - here is an example of a great resource to learn how to create the macro to print
