We had PageGate Monitor working on 3 additional machines besides local machine. Due to Windows licencing issue we had to change from Server 2008 R2 SBS to a regular Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit.
After wiping drive and doing clean install now PageGate Monitor works only on 127.0.0.1 none of additional addresses.
I spoke with customer support and went through all the things they can think of.
I think issue must be in some uninstalled or misconfigured function of windows but have run out of ideas.
What windows components must be there and configured to allow PageGate to broadcast monitor information?

Bob,
Two things:
1) There's an OCX file we'd like you to check the version of. If you would, please browse in to the c:\Windows\SysWOW64\ directory and go in to the properties of the mswinsck.ocx file. What file version are you using?
2) What happens if you change the port to 80?
Also, the PageGate Monitor uses the UDP protocol, not TCP, so make sure your firewall people are aware of that. Just because you can ping, doesn't mean that UDP is not blocked. |

Sorry I thought I replyed to to post with answers last night.
I resolved issue late yesterday, problem turned out to be I was not truely updating settings.
The key was when I changed to port 80 it did not work but local 127.0.0.1 continued to work with wrong port address in it.
Apparently even though I was logged on to an account on paging server with full admin authority, it was making changes as if I were logged in to a PageGate Remote Admin.
When I logged into Actual System Administrator account settings in that PageGate Admin were differant. I added correct settings there and everything started to work.
