Need to suppress page counts in message

Although we've set "Don't send from" "Don't send from domain" in recipient settings these continue to appear in the message as well as a pager text message count which take the format of 1-410-000-039. for example. Some recipients find these confusing. Any suggestions for resolution? Thanks.

Are you using PageGate or NotePager Pro?

If you would, please email me the c:\pagegatedata\logs\*.log files to support at notepage dot com so I can have a look at what's being transmitted during the message transactions.

The proper sender's information HAS to be sent as part of the header information during the protocol transaction sequence. The protocol requires it to be there but it shouldn't be showing up in the body of the message. PageGate isn't transmitting it as part of the message, so if it's showing up in the body of the message, the carrier is inserting it.
