|
|
We having been getting notifications today from the pagegate monitor app (that is running on a different PC that the Pagegate system) that pagegate has stalled, followed immediately by a message that everything is OK.
What is the monitoring program watching that leads it to believe something is stalled? Can the timers be changed?

That's a bit strange... if you look in the PageGate Monitor, do you see any errors or start/stop events in the logs displayed? |

Hmmm. Need a better understanding of the question. Does the pagegate monitor program keep a log? The logs from the pagegate system do not show any problems at all in either the pagegate.log or pgsched.log

Keep the PageGate Monitor running and it will show you what is being logged for however long you keep the monitor running.
So, run the monitor and leave it up. The next time you get a notification, look at the monitor and see if it's recorded an instance of something happening. |
