I am setting up a new pc. I got the Client and the Admin working ok but the monitor does not connect. Nothing has changed on the server and my old pc still has the monitor working. What's the solution to that? Thanks. Tim

Your new computer has a new machine name or IP Address or both. You'll need to take either and go to the PageGate Admin on the Server (this change can't be made from the workstation Admin).

Once there, go in to the Logging - Settings section and update the old machine name or IP address to the new in whichever PG Monitor host slot it's currently in.

Yeah I was headed in that direction ealrier. The only thing in host0 was 127.0.0.1. My old machine name and IP did not appear. So thtas why iIstarted looking elsewhere. I Put the new IP and machine name in host1 and 2. Still not working. Might it be a version issue? were are version 5.0.92.

I just reread you post completely this time and see I have to do it from the server. Problem is can't remember password. What's the solution to that?
