When sending a message directly from the NOTEPAGER PRO console, the recipient receives 4 texts messages (duplicates). The application is installed on a single server only. Not sure what other information you may need.
Thanks,
Sarah

Hmm.... well, I've seen this happen before. Normally, this is caused when someone logs in to Windows, runs NotePager Pro and then switches users without closing the program or logging out.
As a result, there are multiple NotePager Pro engines running on the same system but they're all referencing the same database. So, when one user sends a message, the engines that are still running under the user profiles send the message as well. The best way to keep this from happening is to have either people completely log out from their Windows profile before switching users or make sure they close the program before they switch users. |

I checked the services and I am the only user logged into the machine. Also i can email screen shots of task manager to show the running services if you'd like

Based on the screenshots of the task manager that you sent, I can see two separate instances of both npp.exe and nppdial.exe. Since there are multiple instances running, that's why it's sending out multiple messages.
Close the program, then end the process/task on any npp.exe or nppdial.exe that remains in the list. Then run the program again and try to send a message, see if it just sends out one message... or, for someone reasons, if it starts multiple instances of the executables again. |

Noticed that as well, reason why i sent it. I stopped the services and then started the app once again, this time it's only in there once. Messages have decreased from 4 dups down to 2 dups. We are making progress :-) Any other ideas?
