I am running PageGate version 5.0.7 Everynight at midnight the cleanup routine start and I get "unable to synchronize time with scheduler. Using local time." When this happens PageGate has to be manually restart for it to send pages again.

I have seen earlier posts about this problem but have no resolution. Please help.

What operating system are you using and what specific build of version 5 are you using?

The OS is Windows Server 2008. Where do I find the build for PageGate? Under Registration Information I see only version 5.0, a serial number, and license 5000.

Go into the PageGate program directory on your hard drive and go into the properties of the pagegate.exe file. It should appear under the Details tab.

Updating to the latest build of PageGate version 5 should fix the issue you're running into. The latest installation can be downloaded here:

http://www.notepage.net/download/pgsetup.exe

The update can be done in one of two ways:

1) You can schedule some downtime and make sure that no part of PageGate is running. Shut down the Admin, Monitor and all of the PageGate Services. Run the installation and use the "Install PageGate Server" option to install overtop of what you have now, then bring everything back up when the installation is finished.

2) You can run the installation with everything running and then reboot when it asks you to at the end of the install.

This corrected the problem. I made a copy of Pagegate.mdb and installed version 5.0.0.94 over the existing version. Thanks for the info.
