How do you have your Global SMTP settings configured? Are you using a Relay Server or Direct DNS Delivery?

Have you registered with Sprint Enterprise Messaging? ALL senders attemptig to message to Sprint or NexTel (same corporate parent) MUST register with tem to be allowes to sent text

Alex,

If you're using a relay server, check with your mail server admins to see what's actually happening with those messages to Nextel. The mail sever should have logs of specifically what it did with those messages. See if they failed out on the mail server side or if the mail server delivered them all.

Hrm... well, what you may want to do is register with their SNPP host and move away from using the SMTP protocol at all for Sprint and Nextel. SNPP is far more reliable and less prone to this sort of behavior.
