Need a little more clarification - do you mean you do not want to send the SENDER ADDRESS when you generate a text message based on an INCOMING email?

That is correct, Is there a way to block the senders email address either remove it or replace it with a generic heading?

Well, yes and no. When sending an SMTP message, a Sender's Address absolutely has to be passed from PageGate to the receiving system. If it isn't passed, the message is rejected or filtered as spam. So, that Sender's Address will show up somewhere in the header of the message regardless of anything you or I do or any options we can set.

Now, having said that, it is possible to get it to now show up in the body of the message by going into the settings of your recipients in the program and enabling the "Don't send from" and "Don't send from domain" options.

Also, the Sender's Name is generated by taking the Sender value from the client workstation and putting the Local Domain value on the end of it. So, if you want to change that, you can go to the client workstation and go to File - Setup. You'll see the Sender's Name field there.
