I recently migrated pagegate to a new workstation, and am having issues getting it to work properly. I can send sms/text messages directly from the pagegate admin, however messages sent from our interface to our Computer Aided Dispatch software do not get sent out. If I startup the pagegate server on the old workstation, all of the messages that were waiting to go from the Computer Aided Dispatch software get sent out, but not from the new workstation. Any help available for this?

If I had to take a guess, I'd say that PageGate is reading in the messages from your CAD system through a network UNC path. So, are you running PageGate as a Windows Service or an Application on the old system? I'd bet it's a Windows Service, so go into the Services list in Windows on the old system and go into the properties of the PageGate GetAscii service. Once there, go under the Log On tab and make a note of the credentials currently being used by the old system for that Service.

Then go to the new server and apply the same credentials to the same service and it should work properly.
