I couldn't find much, but this may be worth a try:

You will need to install NotePager Pro on a computer that has Internet access. Then setup a new carrier in NotePager Pro and set it to use the SMTP protocol. Next, setup a new recipient and use this for the address:

<phone-number>@sms.maxis.net.my

where <phone-number> should be replaced with the telephone number for the mobile phone on the msxis network.

I hope this helps

You will need to find out if maxis supports any of the following protocols: SNPP, WCTP, TAP, or UCP. If you find that they do, and can get setting information for that protocol, please post it here and we will help you get that working too.

SMS center number (Malaysia - 60):
ADAM +60173600010
Celcom +60193900000
Digi +60162999000
Maxis +60120000015
TMTOUCH +60132400000

I not sure what protocol they use. Try Celcom with SNPP ?? I ever read about Celcom before.
