We have a customer who is trying to print the group report in PageGate 4.0
When trying to print the following error is received:
PG Admin Fatal Error
Excessive database error: 3021 No current record. in Procedure: frmPrintPreview GroupListReport Program Halted
Any suggestions on correcting this?

Can you find out what version of the PG Admin program they are running?
Best way is to browse into the PageGate program folder, right-click on pgadmin.exe and choose 'Properties' from the menu. |

Ok, that seems to be the correct version. Perhaps there is some sort of corruption in their database file.
Could you zip up a copy of their pagegate.mdb file and send it along to support@notepage.com, and we will take a look at it.
The pagegate.mdb file is in the c:\program file\pagegate folder by default, but they can choose to put it somewhere else too. If the datestamp on the pagegate.mdb file in their program folder isn't recent, try searching the system for the file in other locations. |
