Is there a sign-in/authentication available for the WebGate module? Is so how is it setup/turned on?

The GetWeb module relies solely on your web hosting software (Apache, IIS, etc) for any authentication for the actual website. So, if you enable the authentication functions and credentials for the website(s) in your web server, that should do it.
