Well, first off, we need a little more information. How are you delivering the messages? Which carriers are you delivering the messages to? Is this something that has worked and stopped or is this a new setup? Has anything on your internet service changed recently? Have you changed internet services?
Also, if you would, please send a copy of your log file (c:\program files\notepager pro\npp.log) to support at notepage dot com |

We have about 150 Sales Associates I send messages to. They all have different carriers - AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular and Verizon. We haven't changed anything as far as internet service. It was working fine until yesterday.

I sent something to notepage.com, but I couln't find the "log"... please advise. Thanks!

If you couldn't find the file, specifically, you can copy and paste the dialer log into an email.
1) Open NotePager Pro.
2) Go to View - Dialer Log.
3) Left click on the Clipboard button.
At that point, you can paste it into an email. |

Okay... I copied and pasted the log and sent it to notepage.com
