Page Gate Error 3021

Excessive database errors: 3021 no current record. in Procedure: group_maint load Program Halted


I was in Admin Client updating information - spent about 30 minutes with no problem - then get this error message every time I tried to open up Members of Groups... Any ideas???

Are you getting that error on the Server Admin or just the workstation Admin?

I'd be lying if I said I knew for sure but I "think" it's on the workstation Admin... The message box title is PG Admin Fatal Error

Once that message pops up, the Admin client closes out so I have to log back in... And it only happens when I try to expand a group to see its members (and it doesn't happen with all of the groups)

Generally that only happens when a group member doesn't actually exist in the recipient list, which usually only happens when manual changes have been made directly to the database instead of being made through the Admin utility. If you would, please zip and email the PageGate database to support at notepage dot com so I can see if that's the case. Also, does it happen with all of your groups or just the one?
