| We have been experiencing a problem recently where multiple pages are being sent every time we send a page. We are running Note Page Pro on a network drive that each work station then accesses to send the pages. Anyone have any thoughts or advice?

NotePager Pro was only ever intended to be used on a single computer, not from a shared network location. What you're probably running into is that multiple people have copies of NotePager Pro running. Since they all share the same database, when one copy writes something to the messages table, all of the 'active' copies of the program are sending the message.
Since you have a network setup, you may want to consider upgrading to PageGate as PageGate was intended to be used in a network environment. |

You could try NotePager Net. PageGate software is a new version, and has more capabilities and features.

| Ok, now the license for the software is sold based on the number of pagers you want to add or the number of copies you need for each computer?

PageGate software pricing is a one-time charge for the Pager License, which is by the total number of pagers or recipients that messages are being sent to. For example, a 5 Pager License is $150.00, a 5,000 Pager License is $500.00, etc.
PageGate's front-end Interfaces are each priced individually. Regardless of how many network workstations are used, the GUI Client Interface is $200.00.
PageGate includes 1 Connector. There is a charge for each Additional Connector.
Optional are a CD and Priority Support.

You may also want to utilize the NotePager Pro Alerts feature, which integrates the PageGate Monitor module with NotePager Pro software to send alerts of failed messages and errors within the PageGate software to an administrator's pager.
