I set the "Enable PG Admin Security" + "Enable GUI Client Security" Option without adding a user in the "Users" section. Now I can't get into the Admin again. What can I do ?
I user Version 5.0.8.

| The only thing you really can do is email your pagegate.mdb file to support at notepage dot com and we'll try to undo the security and send the database back to you.

| I'm having a similar problem, can't access the thing to make any changes, as if I've got the wrong password. Thing is, I don't. I've tried all three administrator accounts that we have and none can access it.

| To access certain program features, you have to use the level of credentials just above Administrator, the Master level accounts. If you're just logging in as a regular Admin, certain program features won't show up. If you don't know the Master credentials, be sure to email your database to support at notepage dot com and we can reset them.
