how is enabling GetAscii module?

Dear all
How is enabling (or install) GetAscii module?
we have a win 2003 server that has been installed solarwinds orion 7.8 on it. we want use pagegate software as sms sending software that send solarwinds alarms.

Ramin,

As long as you have the GetAscii module licensed you can do this:

1) Open the PageGate Admin.

2) Go to the Interfaces - GetAscii - Settings.

3) Set the polling directory to whatever you want. Personally, I always recommend creating a directory called c:\ascii\ and sticking the polling directory there.

4) Click on Enabled.

5) Click on Apply.

6) Tell it yes, that you want it to be enabled for all existing groups and recipients.
