Order of notification???

I currently have PageGate set up to send an alpha/numeric page, txt, and email. Is there a way to make sure that these get sent in a specific order?

There is nothing in the software to set order or priority. However, the pages are normally sent out in alphabetical order of the recipients username. You could alter those names to put important ones first alphabetically, perhaps with leading "AA_" at the beginning of the names.

I'll have to do some checking, bit I think that the system processes messages in order received, grouped by carrier. It appears that they are sent alphabetically because if you are using guiCLIENT, the client alphebetizes the recipient list. When people sent pages to multiple recipients from the guiCLIENT interface, they typically scroll down through the recipient list clicking on desired names. Since this list is alphebetized, the "jobs" get sent to the scheduler for processing in alphabetical order (-;
