Error # 35602 Invalid operation. in Procedure: treeform load

I tried to open PageGate Admin this morning on my machine and also on the server and it get this error message.

Error # 35602 Invalid operation. in Procedure: treeform load

I click ok and the program closes.

If you would, please email your database to support at notepage dot com - it sounds like you have a problem in the database. Typically, your database is this file: c:\pagegatedata\database\pagegate.mdb

Just as an update, for future users who may have the same error, this error is caused by duplicate entries in the users table of the database. Most often, this happens when manual edits or entries are entered into the database via Access.
