PAGEGATE and ID/PIN issue

hello, I have an issue with the software pagegate:
the phone number for the recipient ( ID/PIN) has 10 digits, but the software transmits only the last 9 digits.

it seems that the software transmits only the last 9 digits of the ID/PIN

Look under the ADVANCED tab of the carrier - make sure the PIN length has not been set to 9
