During installation of pagegate version 4.0....sudden error when installing the client below.

PageGate Setup: PGSetup.exe point not found



The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL

Try downloading a new copy of the installation file for PageGate version 4 from this location:

http://www.notepage.net/download/pgv4.0.9.exe

Also, what operating system are you installing on and have you considered upgrading to PageGate version 5?

We are sill on version 4.0. Recently updated our clients to Windows XP sp3 and that is when we started getting the errors.
Am I to install the 4.0.9 version on the server or all the clients?
We have ordered the version 5 upgrade too.

Mm, definitely download the most recent install file and install it on both the server and the clients.
