There are several places to find help on the operation of WebGate.
This help file is probably the best resource for most questions. It is accessible from the 'WebGate' group in your Windows Start Menu, or by clicking on the 'Help' object in the WG Admin program.
WebGate also implements an extensive context sensitive help system. In the bottom right corner of each entry screen in the WG Admin program, you will find a question mark (?). When you click on it, your mouse pointer will change to a question mark too. Next click on any entry field (or label) to receive help information about that specific field.
