1. If you installed from CD-Rom, remove the CD and keep it in a safe place. You will need it again if you ever need to reinstall WebGate, the WebGate Admin program, or the WebGate Monitor program.
2. If you installed WG Monitor from a single downloaded file (wgv3.exe or wgv3.zip), be sure to make a copy of the file and store it in a safe place. You will need it again if you ever need to reinstall WebGate, the WebGate Administration program, or the WebGate Monitor program.
3. TCP/IP must be installed and operational on both the WebGate server computer and the workstation running WG Monitor. The Windows ping utility should be used to verify connectivity.
