POP Mail Settings

Each of WebGate's recipients can be setup to collect email messages from one or more mailboxes on remote mail servers.

POP Mail Settings for a recipient can be maintained by clicking on the 'POP Mail Settings' button found on the 'Email' screen below the recipient object that you want to collect POP mail for.

POP Mailbox - the name of the mailbox on the remote mail server (does not include the @domain part)

POP Password - the password necessary to access the mailbox on the remote mail server

Remove Collected Mail From Server - after the messages are collected from the remote mail server, WebGate can delete them from the server.
