Integration with TriTech InformCAD

Step 1 — Set Up the SNPP Server

1. Create: c:\PageGateData\SNPP\. Move snppserver.exe, pininfo.txt, and snpp.ini from the PageGate installation to this folder.
2. Edit snpp.ini: set OutputFolder=c:\PageGateData\SNPP\ and LogFolder=c:\PageGateData\Logs\. Save.
3. Edit pininfo.txt to define valid PIN ranges. Examples:

   "1000","9999","PG_Recipient" (4-digit IDs)
   "0000000001","9999999999","PG_Recipient" (10-digit IDs)

Step 2 — Install the SNPP Server as a Windows Service

1. Open Command Prompt. Change to PageGate directory. Type: snppserver /reinstall. Press Enter.
2. Run: net start pgsnppserver to start the service.

Step 3 — Enable GetAscii to Read SNPP Output

1. Open PG Admin. Go to Interfaces — GetAscii — Settings. Set Polling Directory to c:\PageGateData\SNPP\. Check Enabled. Click Apply. Enable for all.
