Integration with Telnyx

Step 1 — Create a Telnyx Account

1. Go to telnyx.com and sign up.
2. Follow the portal setup guide and dev environment setup guide to generate your API key.

Step 2 — Configure Telnyx in PageGate

1. Run PG Admin. Right click Carriers, select Add.
2. Specify the following:

   Carrier: Telnyx
   Protocol: HTTPPOST
   Host: api.telnyx.com/v2/messages
   Port: 443
   Max Chars: 160
3. Click Apply.
4. Go to Carriers — Telnyx — Template. In Settings enter: HttpPostType = HeadBody
5. In the Text section enter:

   |To|%RecipientId%|
   |From|+17818290500 (TN authorized in your Telnyx account, in international format)|
   |Body|%Message%|
6. Click Apply.

Step 3 — Create Recipients

1. Right click Recipients, select Add.
2. Specify the following:

   Full Name: [Recipient name]
   Type: Normal
   Carrier: Telnyx
   ID/PIN: Cell phone number with country code in international format
   Correct: +17815555555
   Incorrect: 78155500, 17815555555
   Max Chars: 160
3. Click Apply.
